THE REMODELING PROCESS
Our team will submit architectural and engineering plans to the city for approval in order to acquire the necessary permits.
We carefully separate our work area from the rest of your home in accordance with EPA guidelines so that you can continue to live your life without the stress and mess of construction debris.
Typically the quickest part of the project, our meticulous crews carefully remove your old cabinets, countertops, flooring, and/or walls during the demolition phase.
Your project will come to life as we complete framing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. We’ll finish with drywall, carefully smoothing and texturing to match your existing space seamlessly.
Our team of experts will install your custom cabinets, appliances, countertops, fixtures, flooring, and accessories as soon as they arrive, ensuring perfect fit and function.
After passing final inspections with the city, our crews will handle any finishing touches and thoroughly clean up so that you can immediately begin making memories in your new space!
