While hiring subcontractors to do various portions of the job it is so easy to be caught up in a middle of a blame game if a problem arises. In our case, we take full responsibility for the entire project from design to finish. So, in an unfortunate case that a problem does arise, we are the ones fully responsible to resolve it. You’ll never be caught in a fight between an outsourced designer or architect and a contractor.

We change how construction is done! No more reliance on pencils and rulers. All designs are done on our advanced 3D CAD software. Any changes to your designs are instant and ready to be reviewed in full 3D renderings. Likewise, you will be updated on the process of your job through email, and have a special account through our website to review your designs, quotes, invoices and important information. You will always be able to access all information at anytime from anywhere, and rest assured that you are not being left out of the loop.

Change order artistry has become a big problem in remodeling community. A client is presented with an extremely low quote, only to be ‘change ordered’ to death. Often people end up paying twice as much for their project as the original quote, and a lot of large remodeling companies are guilty of doing this as well. When dealing with us, all of our estimates are accurate and complete. We include everything to the last knot and bolt, and if something is not included for whatever reason, it will be disclosed before the contract is signed. So you will know exactly how much the project will cost before making any decisions.
